Why paint booth air filters should be inspected and changed regularly?

The air filter is extremely important for any industrial paint booth, without regularly inspect, the air filter will be overused.

Without regular replacement of air filter, paint booth will be easy to be clogged and overspray will build-up on the fans, plenum, and stacks, which require costly replacements or repairs later.
But it is not just about maintenance cost, but also about safety, it will put workers in paint shops at risk. The air quality is very bad.

There are two kinds of air filters for  paint booth, one is intake filter and another is exhaust filter,fortunately, it is easier to tell when intake filter needs to be changed, if paint shop produces a lot of dust or other particles, the workers can see the inside of the intake filter when it gets dirty.

Normally, the exhaust filter will work best for the first 50-60 hours of spraying, we are expected to change exhaust filters every 2 weeks during normal use. This will keep the exhaust fan working properly and ensure that clean air is released.
